“We have 168 hours in a week. With around 40 hours for work and another 56 for sleep, only about 72 hours remaining. After obligations and family time, most people might only have 20-40 hours left for gaming. This is why our structure allows players with all levels of commitment—even those with the privilege to dedicate all their time to Ashes of Creation and Adeptus—to come together in pursuit of absolute dominance, driven by passion and dedication. Ashes of Creation is a world shaped entirely by us, the players—a place where every action, every alliance, and every choice builds a story that’s uniquely ours. As Steven Sharif envisioned, "Players create the content," and in Adeptus, that vision drives us forward. My vow to you is to create a foundation with rooted longevity, grounded in mutual respect and a commitment to each other’s success. Here, every member matters. Nothing we achieve can be done alone; it takes all of us—our time, our dedication, and our passion. We are each investing our most valuable resource: our time. And I promise not to waste the time you commit to our shared goals. Building a Foundation
Amorem seeks dedicated, focused, and hardcore players for Ashes of Creation—not just those with ample time, though many are relentless forces in MMOs, but those who embody a hardcore mindset. Hardcore IS NOT about skill or hours logged; it’s a relentless passion for gaming!! This mindset can't be taught; it's why we recruit based on attitude alone. Skills and strategies can be learned, and as Adeptus grows, we’ll build future mentors from this foundation. This standard and commitment to improvement is what we hold ourselves to: success NOT for personal gain but as a responsibility to peers who share this dedication.
Structured for Gamers
Our structured system allows players to contribute at a level that fits their schedule, from core PvP members, PvE teams, to committed team leaders:

• About 20 Hours/Week: Join a dedicated team, play with players with the same motivations as you!
• About 30 Hours/Week: Step up with added responsibilities as a Group Leader, Group Member, or Advisor, or support the team’s PvP, PvE, and logistical initiatives.
• 40+ Hours/Week: Embrace a fundamental role to assist in providing quality content for your peers, where you’ll take personal responsibility for the name Amorem and push it to its highest potential.

Adeptus’ Roots
Adeptus Amorem was founded on a dream to create a legacy for all levels of availability among hardcore-minded players. Adeptus was founded as a space for players driven by a relentless commitment to excellence, meaningful teamwork, and a shared vision of making a lasting mark in Ashes of Creation.
Forging of Adeptus Amorem
The creation of Amorem was spurred by a vision to bring together players who could balance real-life commitments with an intense, hardcore experience. Rather than requiring constant availability, Amorem was designed to maximize each member’s contribution, focusing on organized, large-scale events and a structured, efficient schedule. This approach allows flexibility between players who can play 100 hours a week or 20 but share the same hardcore mindset, fostering dedication and teamwork among members and creating a foundation where each player’s time and effort directly contributes to the guild’s strength and reputation."
With Ashes of Creation having nearly three years between its last two testing phases and at least two more phases yet to come, we held off on recruiting until we saw true success in the game—and that success was clear. When the NDA lifted, we decided to construct a foundation that runs on its players, regardless of availability, solely driven by commitment to their peers and the name they choose next to theirs in game.

As competitive gamers, we sometimes forget to sleep, eat, or take a moment to step outside our screens, but each of us carries a spark from childhood—a love for the stories that games tell. This Codex’s history and spotlight offer a glimpse into that dream we’ve all held onto.
This section also honors the members of Adeptus across multiple competitive domains. It is dedicated to showcasing individuals and teams who consistently demonstrate exceptional skill, dedication, and leadership. Through our social media, content creation and admin teams, we aim to bring the achievements of our members into the spotlight for both our team, the Ashes of Creation community, and the MMORPG community.

-1v1 Tournament System: Top-ranking duelists who excel in our one-on-one combat ranking system.

-Large Scale: We will engage members of Adeptus who aspire to be advisor or leadership positions in large-scale combat practice against allied guilds, promoting both our allies and our own growth.

Advisors
"These advisor roles are additional responsibilities beyond your commitment to your team. If you aspire to hold a Commander role or Founding Rank 5 Officer it’s crucial to begin demonstrating your insights and dedication from the day you submit your application. All selected advisors will act as a council until a commander is selected, offering essential guidance and decision-making support until the founding Commander is chosen. This Commander will lead until we establish structured maneuvers and a clear roadmap through the testing phases. A training system will be put in place so we have multiple members/advisors that can fill this role on the weekend and teach their teams. All roles are example roles and will be adjusted base off of the amount of responsibility required and development of the game.
Stepping into any advisor role shows a commitment to the guild’s broader vision and proves that you’re prepared to go beyond the call for your peers and Adeptus’ success. If you’re serious about applying for a Commander or Rank 5 role, this is where the path starts."

Team Structure Layout
Each guild/team within Adeptus is designed to foster effective leadership, coordination, and growth, structured to scale as the guilds expand.

1 Team Leader (Rank 5): The Team Leader oversees the entire team’s coordination, ensuring objectives align with Adeptus's overarching goals. They handle logistics, track members’ progression, and ensure team readiness for guild events and contributions.
3+ Group Leaders (Rank 4): Each Group Leader manages a smaller unit within the team, providing tactical support, overseeing individual member performance, and tracking members’ gear and needs. Group Leaders form the core of Adeptus's PvP and PvE success by guiding members through objectives with hands-on, tactical direction.
10+ Members (Ranks 3 and above): Members of each team actively contribute to weekly goals, honing their skills under the mentorship of Group and Team Leaders. This structure encourages consistent progress, with each member playing a role in advancing the team’s goals and, ultimately, Adeptus’ standing.
This layout enables independent flexibility and adaptability, allowing each team to operate as a cohesive unit under skilled leadership, with every member contributing purposefully to Adeptus' collective ambitions.
